Shipping policy

Overview At Mabel & Moose, we operate as a sustainable, made-to-order design studio. This means we do not hold stock in a dusty warehouse. Instead, every item is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you the moment you place your order.

Because of this custom creation process, please allow time for Production + Shipping.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS For all digital artwork and printable files:

  • Delivery: Instant.
  • How: You will receive a secure download link via email immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Apparel, Decor, Accessories)

1. Production Time Before your order ships, it must be created.

  • Standard Production: Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be printed and quality-checked.
  • Note during holidays: Production times may increase slightly during peak periods (November–December).

2. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $70 AUD: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $70 AUD: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Once your item leaves our studio partners, here is when you can expect it:

  • Australia: 2–8 Business Days.
    • (Most of our core products like Tees, Mugs, and Canvas prints are produced locally in Melbourne & Brisbane for faster delivery).
  • New Zealand: 4–11 Business Days.
  • USA & Canada: 5–15 Business Days.
  • Rest of World: 10–20 Business Days.

4. Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking Number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

5. Multiple Packages To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may be split into different packages.

  • Example: If you order a Framed Canvas (shipped from Melbourne) and a Shirt (shipped from Brisbane), they will arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

6. International Duties & Taxes For orders shipping outside of Australia, import duties, taxes, and customs charges may be liable to be paid upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Mabel & Moose is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If a package is deemed Lost in Transit by the carrier, we will create and ship a replacement order for you at no charge (Determination of "Lost" status is based on carrier tracking info).
